Thanks for your patience while our script for the virtual program kept
evolving. I’ve attached a very general timeline of the flow and timing of the
program for you here. I haven’t inserted any specific place for orchestra
recordings into it yet. I’d love to get your ideas on how best to use what you
can provide. So please let me know your thoughts!

I have been in contact with the board and we definitely have some ideas. I
would love to somehow set up a chat between you, myself and my director,
Robert. Although, we would not be able to perform as a full band for obvious
reasons, we still have plenty of smaller ensembles and music to play. Again,
we would love to chat about these ideas and figure out how we can still have a

Feels like it's been years since we last chatted back in November! We're
working on our plans B and C right now for the tree lighting this year assuming
we can't have it as we normally would. We'd love to see what options we might
have to be able to have performances from Austin Civic Wind. I'm happy to chat
on a call if that would be easier. Would y'all have some video or even just
audio of your performances or would you be able to record a few songs for that
purpose? I could work on a space where y'all could record, if that would be
helpful. Let me know what might work.
