Good Afternoon  Ruth,

I am emailing to confirm that Austin Civic Wind Ensemble will be performing on 
December 14 at 7:00.

Because of COVID the Austin Civic Wind Ensemble will have an assortment of 
smaller ensembles of band members performing at our concerts scheduled for the 
upcoming holiday season.  We are hoping audiences enjoy the variety provided by 
the different groupings of instruments.   We are looking forward to performing 
for the residents of Westminster.

This email is to confirm that Austin Civic Wind Ensemble will be performing for 
the residents of Westminster on December 14, 2021 at 7:00.  At this time we are 
planning an inside performance, and members of the ensemble will have their 
temperatures checked upon entrance into the performance area.  We are aware 
that the situation may change due to the COVID conditions in the Austin Area.
