Hello,
I am wondering if your ensemble can be requested to perform at events within
the City of Austin? I work for the City of Austin's Small and Minority
Business Resource division. My inquiry is to find out if it is a possibility
in order to present it to the committee.
Our event is on Tuesday, December 13th and it is our 17th annual Contractor's
& Consultants Awards ceremony. I realize you have another event for that
evening, but thought maybe you have a quartet or the like that could
potentially perform. If not, could you please give us some advice on where
to find a group.
Currently, the plan is to play music over speakers, but I thought I would see
if there were other options for us. We are aiming for a beautiful ceremony
with music throughout and even as they are walking to the podium to accept
their awards (Oscar-like).
