I have looked at both. Perhaps it is me, I am not seeing the suggested
donation. I am hesitant to click too far into the code.

With no suggested amount, you have to choose "Request" or "Send" and then login
to your paypal account.
With the suggested amount, you bypass the first screen and go directly to your
authentication and select the payment source (much fewer stepping process).
