5:30pm -- Woot Talley and the Blues Variants return! They were our openers
last Friday, and a cancellation has given us the opportunity to invite them
back. Yes, they'll be here *twice* this fest! Cool blues, originals mostly,
and Woot's voice always reminds me so much of Elvis Costello. Good band!
6:45pm -- The Westbank Jazz Ensemble!!! This is co-producer Todd Sloan's
group. Many of you remember him from past years as ACWE's string bass
player -- but he originally joined ACWE on flute and piccolo. He'll be
toodling through tubes tonight, and joined by his very talented dad, and
Westbank String Shop founder, "Doc" Sloan. It's gonna be special.
Westbank is a major financial sponsor of our festival as well. Please
