Steve and I met with Jennifer. We decided to cancel the July 3 concert. I
have set up a Christmas concert date- December 11. Hopefully the weather cools
down by then and ACWE can use the pavilion

I’m at work so this is short. In the past we have played on the pavilion.
Members of the church do not want a concert there due to temperatures.
I am aware of space limitations. This is why I have asked for one or two more
sets of eyes when I visit the church. I am planning on visiting Unity at 6
tonight. I have one or two more board members who will be joining me.
Hopefully we can come up with a win win solution.

I don’t think it would be advisable to perform in the sanctuary. It looks to
be too shallow a space. The “porch” (if it is the pavilion in the back) would
be better.

I can meet you after work one day, the church is very close to my office.
Around 5:15 would be the best time for me, but I can be flexible.

I just spoke to Jennifer. They have offered two ideas. First is to use the
sanctuary and the church will clear out musical instruments. The second is that
there is a covered porch that is outside the sanctuary.
I would like to visit Unity Church this week and look at both choices. I
would like a second set of eyes when I visit. Jennifer is willing to meet me
after hours. Is anyone willing to visit Unity Church me?
