Good Morning Board,
I will be leaving for Alaska on Wednesday to do grandma duties. In
anticipation of the upcoming board meeting I am submitting an update on where I
stand with concert venue information.
* I have sent small ensemble representatives emails concerning the four
upcoming holiday concerts. Emails were sent to addresses that I have on the
spreadsheet provided by Jessica.
* Spring Concert venues:
* Dougherty Performing Arts Center is booked for May 21, 2022 for 5 to 9
pm.
* Anderson High School Performing Arts Center is booked for May 22 for
2:20 to 5:30 p.m.
* I have no information on TCMF yet.
* Fourth of July:
* Westminster is booked for June 28, 2022 for 7:00 pm.
* If anyone has any suggestions for further Fourth of July venues please
let me know. I will look into these venues when I return. I would also like
to gauge how the holiday venues look and perhaps follow up with a few of the
churches.
I will try to make the zoom for the meeting. There are no guarantees if I will
make it through the entire meeting.
