Minutes look good to me... however I may be biased.
Concerts and Venues:
Dougherty Art Center - I forwarded the invoice in my last email. We need to
make sure we are paid up.
Anderson High School - Need Certificate of Insurance amended so that it is
accepted by AISD. We will need to pay for facilities in May.
Fourth Of July
Westminster - June 28 at 7:00 - I will confirm with Ruth as we get closer to
the date.. ..
Amherst St. Park (Milwood) - We are set to go for a concert at 10:00 to 10:45
Rattan Creek - Need to set a time for the concert - early evening.
Fall Concerts:
Carver Theater - October 29 - Deposit paid
Covenant United Methodist Church - October 30 at 5:00 p.m.
Christmas Concerts:
Covenant United Methodist Church - December 18 at 5:00
