 Hummm this looks similar to the resonate cavity experiment I mentioned
using the fusor for quantum tunneling. It's basically similar. Wish I
had the lab set up to do this kind of thing. I'll get around to it I
hope. They just need to up the frequency to the background radiation
level and use a klystron to pump it.
