The Germans liked Potassium Permanganate, either as an aqueous solution or
integrated into pellets or gravel.
Just about anything will catalyze peroxide just a matter of rate. Silver
plated Stainless steel or copper screens work until the plating wears off.
Plenty of info on line, you're not the first or last with H2O2 interest.
Just be careful. Personally I like WFNA if a storable oxidizer is really
necessary.
