Setting an anchor comes a very close second.
Transferring between vessels indeed seems quite dangerous, but how
does one get hurt when setting an anchor?
Have the anchor rope wrapped around your ankle when you drop it, for a
small anchor. Get smacked by the chain thrashing about as it pays out,
or as strain comes on or off it, when you set a big one. I'm sure there
are other ways too.
