I would prefer the gun launch principle where all launch energy and mass is
provided on the ground. Rocket without propellant has been ignored for too long
by whom I wonder. Use hydrogen/oxygen detonation for launch, a very long uphill
heated barrel, adequate sabot heatshield and some RCS on projectile handy. Bull
made it to some extend. Don't get snuffed on the street like he ended.
