IIRC the stuff I use has a relatively similar storage life at 25degC - so you
store it in the freezer and it's still as fresh as the day I purchased it 15
years ago. Also, my stuff was only available in drum quantities too, but a good
conscientious retailer (unfortunately in short supply these days) negotiated a
20L drum from the manufactures when they produced the next batch.
