It's not clear to me what they were reviewing in the article. Nonetheless,
this critical review clears the way for another review. It will be
interesting to see an actual full up test of the system eventually. Not a
trivial task at all employing "low cost access to space" as an incentive
again. It never ceases to amaze me how much money is required to beat
something as simple as gravity into submission. It seems to me that it would
be a lot easier if you didn't have to go so darn fast to do it. :-)
