No, it's just a humorous/poetic reference to his somewhat-lengthy posting
itself, indicating that he wasn't going to go into that issue just then.
(Or, possibly, at all -- high-q staging is mostly of military interest,
since launchers and such generally want to avoid it. So serious work on
the subject might well be classified.)
