Does anyone know any quick and dirty air pressure/flow calculations that
can be converted to HP?

Off the top of my head, I think that it's pretty similar to rockets. The force on the turbine is

F = m_dot * Ve

But the Ve is really a factor of the difference in speed between the gases and the turbine tip. It has to be calculated using the appropriate triangles representing the impingement angles.

Once you know the force at the turbine tip, you can calculate the force times the radius to get torque.

HP = RPM * Torque

Obviously, all of the units have to be the same magnitudes in the equations.
