Alas, no, I’m well and truly old enough to remember the endless reruns

I believe he discovered the relationship between specific angular
momentum, inclination, orbital period, and twice the square of the
semi-minor axis (hiP 2b^2). Yes, that was Hugh(ey) Lewis :)

300 km and head on at 7.8 km/s is a good surrogate for a very different
mission target than ASAT. And not very subtly.
To the point Indian officials are openly admitting it was another BMD
demonstration.

The debris issue makes it hard to build power satellites. I have
recently been looking into building them in LEO, perhaps 300 km. The
problem is moving something that large to GEO. Almost all the junk is
below 2000 km, but there is a lot of it and being hit makes more junk.
