Hi All,
A former student of mine, Michael Crouse, who now lives in Knoxville and has
recently started birding, sent me this shot of a Barred Owl that he
photographed on Elkins Branch near Grundy on Christmas Day. He didn't have his
telephoto lens, but still managed to get a good shot of the owl. I am posting
it here with his permission.
