Hi All,
I have checked with the principal (a former student of mine) at Grundy High
School and there is no football game there on Friday, September 12, so we will
be able to go there that evening at dusk to watch the Chimney Swifts go there
to roost.
Those birders staying in the area for Saturday's Warbler Day here on the
mountain can join us here at our place on Friday for some evening birding
before going to the high school.
After watching the swifts we will go on to the Italian Village restaurant in
Grundy for dinner. Anyone who is free is welcome to join us.
