Miriam and All who care about the American People,
The frustration, for me, is that the Billionaire Profiteers only need
to focus on one issue, grabbing all the profits they can. For those
of us who dream of a society in which All People live with respect,
loving families and friends, security in both the present and the
future, we are overwhelmed by the immensity of the multitude of battle
fronts facing us. Somehow we need to draw all of the issues into one
main focal point, bring together all the progressive/liberal/radicals
and set aside our differences so we can set our world back on its
feet. Then we can tackle the problems that remain.
What will occur, however, is that the Greed driven Ruling Class will
continue to become bolder and more careless in their efforts to grab
everything, and the masses will simply rise up and crush them, in
probably what will be a war that will make the American Civil War look
like child play.
FDR, whatever else folks think about him, had enough political sense
that he bought off the Working Class, and saved the Capitalists ratty
necks. And they never thanked him. In fact, they beat up Eleanor and
even little Fala. And they've been weasling away trying to get it all
back, ever since.

and West seem to be saying that you fight for what is right because it is
the moral thing to do, even if you know that you won't accomplish anything.
I suppose that that's all we can do. There certainly are lots of people
trying to make things better. I just think that things have gone too far to

Well, if Obama's goal was to become president, then he had what he'd come
for. His nature appeared to be one of compromise, and he went right to work
compromising away our Single Payer Medical Care even before we had it. It's
probably an over simplification, but Obama appeared to have no goals beyond
getting re-elected for a second term.
Whereas Donald Trump sees his shaping of America central to his own business
success after he is finished in office. For Donald Trump, the presidency is
not the goal, but the means to reaching his goals.
Anyway, until we come to our senses and understand that so long as money
rules, Americans will suffer more and more. And I see little discussion
regarding how to go about changing the bottom line.

Just in case you think the Democratic Party can change, or the DNC
listens to the People, here's pretty good evidence to the contrary.
Starting with the idea that all we need to do is to "Flip" a few House
seats and the sky will turn blue and the little birdies will sing.
Flip? How about telling me what you plan to do with the money you are
begging. And why are you able to come tap, tap, tapping at my door
with your hand out, but you can't come to sit and listen to my
concerns and the needs of my working class brothers and sisters...you
know, those People you once supported? Those labor unions? Those
under paid clerks and fast food workers? The elderly? The little
children who will grow up deep in debt because you failed them? And the
following is the sort of crap you send me?
My financial support, small though it is, goes to organizations who
put the money to use in promoting health and security for the Working
and Lower Classes. You and your Republican Brothers can gather at the
doors of the Private Clubs and Board Rooms, and beg to your hearts
content.
But if you change your mind and do decide to join with us, the Workers
of the World, then we can sit together and we can show you where you
might be able to assist us.

I thought I was pissed off just watching Republicans vote for their
