I haven't bothered to read any of this nonsense yet, although I see that I have
something from The Intercept which I'll look at in a minute. However, many
people, and certainly I, think that Trump has committed many impeachable acts
and if the Democrats really wanted to remove him from office, and if some of
those Republicans who say they are people of honor who are part of the
so-called resistance, really wanted to remove Trump from office, it would have
been done quite some time ago. They're all using him to serve their various
purposes.

I just finished watching today's edition of ABC news and they report that the
Muller report shows no evidence that the president committed obstruction of
justice, but that there were ten cases in which he tried to and he was saved by
the people around him who refused to carry out his orders. Well, I have a
question. If I try to rob someone and I fail I can still be charged with
attempted robbery. If I try to kill someone and botch the job and fail I can
still be charged with attempted murder.
So if the president tried to obstruct justice and the only reason he didn't
succeed was because his people refused to carry out orders then why can't he be
impeached for attempted obstruction of justice?
