With no belief that I will receive a reply, I nonetheless sent along
my thoughts to the DNC office. My hope is not to engage them in a
spitting match, but to let them know that some former supporters have
cut loose and are working toward a Workers Party...like the one that
used to be called the Democratic Party. But, as we can well
understand, since we working folks don't have much, Money Speaks Loud
in the ears of Power Mongers. We are called upon as window dressing,
and as financial contributors to the "flipping" of House seats. Then
we are sent back to our rooms to await further instructions.

Dear Democratic Party and the DNC:
Just in case you think the Democratic Party can change, or the DNC
listens to the People, here's pretty good evidence to the contrary.
Starting with the idea that all we need to do is to "Flip" a few House
seats and the sky will turn blue and the little birdies will sing.
Flip? How about telling me what you plan to do with the money you are
begging. And why are you able to come tap, tap, tapping at my door
with your hand out, but you can't come to sit and listen to my
concerns and the needs of my working class brothers and sisters...you
know, those People you once supported? Those labor unions? Those
under paid clerks and fast food workers? The elderly? The little
children who will grow up deep in debt because you failed them? And
the following is the sort of crap you send me? My financial support,
small though it is, goes to organizations who put the money to use in
promoting health and security for the Working and Lower Classes. You
and your Republican Brothers can gather at the doors of the Private
Clubs and Board Rooms, and beg to your hearts content.
But if you change your mind and do decide to join with us, the Workers
of the World, then we can sit together and we can show you where you
might be able to assist us.
