Yes, it's very discouraging. But the corporate Democrats are in a very
different place than the Koch Brothers when it comes to social issues,
diversity, voting rights, and at least theoretically, the environment. The
thing is, one has to separate out their social positions from their economic
positions. And then there's the Middle East. Their stance on Israel makes
them military interventionists, although I don't think they'd be enlarging
the military budget by 10% like the Republicans are and planning to cut
domestic programs across the board to pay for it.

This article is both on point and disturbing. Now that Perez has won we can
very likely expect the same old same old from the wimpy democrats. IT's
almost as if they're scared of us who make up the left wing of the party, at
least for now. I am now one step closer to renouncing my membership in said
party. Being attached an allied with Saban is very likely not much of an
improvement over being allied with the Coch Brothers.
Clearly, the Democrats have not learned the lesson of Trump and I don't
believe they ever will, at least not at the leadership level.
