Something occurs to me. Again, I am not used to filtering my email. I never had
a good reason to do it before. But I think I saw the possibility of doing this
in the filter dialog. I think I can filter it to my spam folder and then filter
everything in the spam folder to the trash folder. I hesitate to do that
because not everything that lands in the spam folder is really spam. But it is
my understanding that messages deleted in the spam folder generates a spam
complaint against the sender. I do remember once that I got a notification
email from a web site that was not spam but that was mistakenly filtered into
the spam folder anyway. Then I was deleting spam and unthinkingly deleted that
notification message too. The next notification I got from that web site was a
plea to not delete their messages from my spam folder or they would have to
remove me from their mailing list. Somehow I can't see Mostafa threatening to
remove anyone from his mailing list, but I wonder what spam complaints against
him would do.

In lieu of filtering the message to trash you might want to filter them to Bob

I don't think you have to be trained by a computer expert to just set up one
email address after another. As for myself, I finally figured out how to block
him in Thunderbird. Actually, I just set up a filter that automatically sends
all of his messages to the trash folder. Every time I get a new one from him
with another email address I just add that to the list to go directly to trash.
However, I am still a bit unfamiliar with setting up filters, so I make
mistakes. Yesterday I was doing that with another one of his addresses and
accidentally sent thirty-four unread emails to trash. I was trying to send them
back to my in box when they all disappeared. I couldn't find them anywhere, so
I supposed that I had permanently deleted all of them. Today I started checking
my email and found all thirty-four in my Gmail in box. I must have accidentally
sent them to the wrong in box. I shouldn't have worried so much about them
though. None of them were of much importance. Anyway, this is exactly the kind
of behavior from Mostafa that makes him such a jerk. He does not just offer his
opinion. He forces his opinion on everyone. No amount of asking or pleading
with him will make him relent. He just makes every effort to force it down
everyone's throats. He is exactly like the preacher who followed me down the
street screaming at me about Jesus. Except that I have my doubts that he would
stop when I crossed the street like the screamer did. Honestly, this is
bullying and it is harassment.

I've been receiving messages from Mustafa ever since he was banned from the
list. Interestingly, it's impossible to block the messages or rather, I do
block them, but he uses different email addresses so he's, apparently,
unblockable. Not to worry, I just delete them, but it's weird. He must have
been trained by a computer expert!
