Yes, those foreign workers are brought in by contractors. But they don't
get to stay. The corporations love guest worker programs because the workers
are bound to the contractors who bring them, are here for only the time it
takes to complete the work project, and when they are cheated out of pay,
which usually happens, they have no one to whom they can complain. Their
living conditions are terrible and often, they are not free to move around
when they're not working. It's like slavery, has been going on for years and
years, and no one, not the unions, not the progressives, and not all those
small socialist parties, are talking about it and making a fuss. And this is
what Trump and those businessmen he represents, wants to do with all low
wage, less educated workers who enter the US.

Trump has problems getting U.S. workers to do his construction projects,
because he has a habit of not paying them all wages due. I doubt he pays
his foreign construction guys, either, but to whom are they going to
complain, particularly if their primary reason for accepting the job is to
get inside the U.S.?
