If the Republicans win, it will be because the Democrats haven't provided a
true alternative to what the Republicans are offering. They have been
complicit in much that is happening. Furthermore, in many cases, the Trump
administration is just continuing what Obama was doing, only more so. And
the media aren't informing the public about anything important. It isn't
important that a porn star is suing Trump. It is important that the Supreme
Court approved indefinite detention for undocumented immigrants.

Excellent article, scary as well. I am coming to believe more and more that
the predicted Democratic wave will not come and that Congress will remain in
the hands of the Republicans after this November's election, particually if
the economy continues to grow at its present rate for the next six months.
The majority of Americans will turn a blind eye to all of the hate and
racism from the right and concentrate on the little bit more money in their
wallets.
