Hi Roger,
Part of me wishes that the Cuban government would have refused to help put out 
this fire. Let the damned base and prison burn. One could even call it a fire 
of purification. I guess one could argue that the Cuban government took the 
moral higher ground here; then again, much that is both immoral and illegal 
takes place at Guantanamo.
