Before I'd seen this note I had listened to RT TV's report on Emperor
Trump's declaration of Eternal War, I almost passed on Paul Jay's
interview with Phyllis Bennis. I'm glad I listened.
Overall it's a sign of the ending of the Republic. Emperor Donald
Trump with the backing of his cabinet of billionaires, and the
blessing of his generals...so long as he, Emperor Trump gives them
free reign. Eternal War on Afghanistan can easily be turned into
Eternal War against any People who the Emperor decides is a threat to
his position. Eternal War does not need to respect national
boundaries. Eternal War is conducted upon any nation, group, or
individual who is perceived as a threat. This will include Americans,
too. With only lip service to something called, "Our Great Nation",
drones will be turned upon those declared to be Terrorists among us.
This will be Muslims first, then anyone looking like a Muslim or
having a name that sounds like a Muslim's name. Next, or at the same
time, we will see the doors closed to nearly all immigrants, and an
intensified effort to remove those already living here. Blacks and
people of color will be further disenfranchised. Women will find
their "privileges" curtailed. Protesters and demonstrators, along
with outspoken journalists, will be incarcerated. We are watching the
beginning of a world-wide move away from individual freedom, to one of
Corporate Empire.
And that's my opinion on a good day!

speech on Afghanistan. They are incredibly informative. You will learn a
great deal from Phyllis Bennis. Paul Jay’s interview’s are, in many ways,
better than the ones on Democracy Now.
