Precisely what "bone are you referring to? Is it the "civil rights bone"? If so
the answer is "yes". I'll chase that bone forever. That is indeed the promise
of the ADA after all.
It isn't a "technical assistant" issue like you federally funded wonks talk
about over and over again while you get paid for it at our expense. It is a
matter of daily access which is at issue here.
You saw how pwd including me were kept out of our own ADA celebration on the
very 25th anniversary of our own civil rights celebration! You saw it and you
did nothing!!!
That is akin to those who violate MLK’s birthday celebrations while ignoring
KKKers blocking the way on the State Capitol Lawn! Say nothing robin? Say
nothing? Those who supported genocide said nothing Madame. There is a moral
imperative here. For even being silent in the face of evil is to acknowledge
evil. But you do more than that for you denigrate the likes of me and my
sisters and brothers while in official capacity!
I have no and I repeat no respect for the perfidy of this crap!
You've seen me expose and demonstrate against overt discrimination and document
violations of the ADA over decades and yet you for some reason have somehow,
magically brought yourself to commend the perps. And more than that you’ve
used taxpayer funds to fund the perpetrators of civil rights violations just as
you did on September 17, 2015. You sent federal funds to outlaws and scofflaws
in Michigan and they violated my civil rights mame! They bloody well arrested
and persecuted me personally for months, almost a year while I was fighting for
civil rights of pwd and actually trying to save my own mother’s life while she
was in hospice in our home.
I’d say, “Shame on you.” But, there clearly is no shame on you or anyone in
this sordid affair. All of you are creepy and freaky blood suckers upon the pwd
body politic. All of you in this sordid event of tears betray the promise of
self empowerment or even simple inclusion envisioned by the likes of Tenbroek,
Roberts, Heumann, Dart or others including me who has put his life and liberty
literally on the line for others without pay or benefit except to be
acknowledged as an equal human being!
There is a special place in Hell for those who violate the people they are paid
for to protect.
I've shown you the perfidy of DOJ over decades and now I know what and where
the problem is.
You are the problem. You Robin have sold us out.
Didn't you here my sisters and brothers shout, "Let us in," on our ADA
anniversary?
Didn't you hear us?
Now, Madame I'm going after you and your funding for your abject perfidy and
your outright sellout of me and us all.
I'm spreading this far and wide. Your name is mud in the disability community
and I hope you chase that bone forever. For, you've done nothing but undermine
the implementation of the ADA and its promise in my experience, and in
documented fashion for years.
I'm only sorry I ever trusted you for you are the ultimate betrayer of the
promise of civil and human rights.

Dear Mr. Cerano et all,
I’m writing you today to request all Program Progress Reports (PPRs) from your
agency to any and all federal and state agencies for the last fiscal year
including but not exclusive of those remitted to RSA and other federal agencies.
I should note that I am blind and seek them in accessible format pursuant to
the obligations of your agency under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of
1973 as amended and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990
which you should be intimate with as your agency is charged with not only
abiding by these seminal civil rights laws but of which, you are charged with
enforcing them in part as well. (Frankly I’m sick and tired of writing you
about this, but so it goes.)
To wit: remit said requested documents as either plain text format and/or plain
text attachments to my e-mail address as an accommodation to my disability
(which is again an accommodation required under both Section 504 and the ADA).
I expect nothing less than prompt response and compliance from my Section 509
(Rehab Act funded designee) which is supposed to not only apply this to itself
but also to apply and enforce it on others.
Moreover, I am requesting all of your PAIR contracts with RSA and again in
accessible format.
Failure to respond to me in a prompt and accessible form will result in legal
or other actions immediately as civil rights violations either in federal court
or in other administrative venues. Further, if your agency has engaged in any
violations of the federal “False Statement Act”; and/or “False Claimse Act” in
these regards then appropriate remedies will be sought through appropriate
channels.
It should be noted that violations of the False Statements Act alone are
criminal charges. These will be referred to the appropriate federal agencies
including the Department of Justice amonst others and will also simultaneously
result in “Quai Tam actions with litigators now at my disposal”.
If information and actions are not forthcoming you will be personally, along
with certain staff of MPAS, mired in protracted litigation, media scrutiny and
other interventions to expose and adjudicate your and your entities egregiously
volatile abuses of the public trust and the civil rights of people with
disabilities, including mine, over the years.
Said actions and others may well be settled by prompt compliance with the laws,
and requests for enforcement of same, by you and MPAS.
Now, remember sir that there is “politics involved” here and that there are
overt conflicts of interests involved here as well.
Remember that the cover up is as bad as the crime.
Remember your fiduciary obligations aswell as your legal obligations.
If you cannot remember that then remember your “moral” obligations to people
with disabilities including mine, which apparently MPAS has long forgotten.
Regardless, I now have resources of which you do not know and, while I’m old,
disabled and battered by your agency’s violations of mine and other’s
collective and individual rights, I will not desist in my pursuit of justice
for me and others.
And I will not sit idly by while another NCED occurs under your watch or anyone
elses
for that matter.
