You, in my opinion, are a thoughtful person, and you come to
thoughtful conclusions. I would never dream of criticizing your
decisions on who you turn to for information or inspiration. Nor do
you ever need to justify your reasons.
Sometimes I am more of a knee jerk sort of a person, basing my current
beliefs on bits and pieces of information that happen to flutter past
my nose. It doesn't bother me to find that I've changed horses in the
middle of the stream.
And by the way, I recall grumping to you about the condescending tone
in Richard Wolff's voice. I take it all back. You were right. He is
a fund of information.

politics aside from Israel. Like lots of people, she is doing lots of
identity politics, lots of race relations stuff, and some stuff regarding
politics. As for Heather Cox, I have no criticism of anyone who wants to
read her stuff. It's just that, like Tom Hartman or Robert Reich, it's not
especially informative because it isn't giving me new information or making
me question. Now Richard Wolff does make me question, a whole lot.

provides a thoughtful position on the day's events. I don't read her every
day, just as I don't listen to 3 hours of Thom Hartmann every day, nor the
full hour of Democracy Now. I do read everything you post from Chris
Hedges, and much of Glenn Greenwald and Naomi Klein. So many more
Progressive commentators than when I was first a frustraited young factory
worker with a wife and a two year old daughter.

wondering where Max Blumenthal gets the money to fund The Grayzone
because is reporting on international relations is clearly very
controvercial. I know that his father, Sidney Blumenthal, is very
wealthy and part of the Democratic Party establishment, but it's
difficult for me to believe that he's financing the kind of reporting
done by his son's website.
