Community Councils are only notified of licensing applications relating to
alcohol or street processions. We don't get street trader application
information.

Did anyone see a licensing application from this latest trader who wants to
jump on the tails of the beach/ Fittie free for all? Or did it slip past before
CPCC could comment?
