For today's Voice-Mail, was in preparation for the coming week's AGM - making
contact with all of the Office Bearers to confirm whether there are any items
in advance that would like to be raised for then.
We will of course have the opportunity for raising any items during the
meeting, but if there are any items you'd like to feature during the AGM
section of the meeting, you are welcome to let me know and shall ensure there
is adequate space and time for this, at that part of the meeting.

If you have the chance to take a look through what is featured, any feedback or
ideas for content to be included is very welcome.

The 'Group E-mail' is still accessible, and is available at:

This Freelists e-mail enables communication between registered member of the
Community Council to communicate with each other. It enables members of the
Community Council to send a messag to that address, which is then automatically
forwarded to all other members.
News, Updates & Member Contribution
From approval of Members we can look to officially launch the new website at
the AGM Meeting, linking with our Facebook Page, Documents and Materials.
This will be a continually updating website and in order to stay as current and
informative as possible will require contribution from all members.
For the website specifically, I'd like to suggest if Members have any
photographs of Aberdeen, or of recognisable scenes from the Castlehill &
Pittodrie area?
We can then feature these images to more fully customise and locally reflect
the content of the website, such as on the Banner and Welcome Page.
Moving forward, if you have any Consultations or Events you are aware of, or
any news on Community Projects we are supporting or involved with, you are very
welcome to share this update as we move forward and I can ensure is included to
the website.
