Dear colleagues
I write to you on behalf of the Central Locality Leadership Group. This is the
partnership group that is responsible for producing a locality plan for the
Central Locality of the Aberdeen Health and Social Care Partnership (AHSCP).
If you would like to find out more about the role and work of the AHSCP, please
visit our website here - http://www.aberdeencityhscp.scot/
We aim to engage with the range of communities in the Central Locality on an
ongoing basis in planning health and care services for the area. As a first
step, we have produced a questionnaire to ask people who live and work in the
central locality about their experiences of what keeps them well and healthy.
The results of this questionnaire will be a key influence of the content of
Central’s locality plan. You can find a map of the four localities in Aberdeen
on this page of our website - http://www.aberdeencityhscp.scot/en/localities/
We are going to make this questionnaire available in the first half of June via
both a survey monkey and as paper copies. We will let you know when the survey
monkey is launched. In the meantime, however, I’d be grateful if you could let
me know if you would like any paper copies of the questionnaire sent to you for
sharing with your communities/clients/staff. We will send these out to you
when we launch the survey monkey in June.
