Subject: Weekly List informtion

Good Afternoon,

Please note that as from now until further notice we will be producing our
weekly list on a Tuesday. As the weekly list is a fixed snapshot, to the time
it is run, this has caused some misunderstandings recently with applications
validated after that run not appearing on the weekly list. We are currently
investigating making some changes to our application recording system to allow
us to run the list in a way which will alleviate this. We apologise for any
inconvenience this interim change may cause. Our aim is to try and improve the
service we are providing and we thank you in advance for your support and
patience at this time.

Please remember if you would prefer to have real time information on valid
applications (as opposed to the fixed snapshot each week) you can use the
public access information on ACC’s website, here is the link:
https://publicaccess.aberdeencity.gov.uk/online-applications/search.do?action=weeklyList.

By using public access you can save searches by Ward or Community Council in
any given time period and by registering you can also track applications you
are interested in, be notified of new results in your saved searches i.e.
applications as they are validated.

The Application Support Team have produced the attached slide show as guidance
to the public access system and are happy to help answer any questions you may
