ADP Locality Funding - Engagement Sessions
These sessions provide the opportunity to put forward experiences and views, to
shape current and future priorities and inform how best funding can be used
with partners to support the community.
Thank you to Karen Finch - Community Council Liaison Officer, Aberdeen City
Council and colleagues for forwarding on the recent updates on these sessions.
Aberdeen Alcohol and Drug Partnership (ADP) Locality Funding
Engagement Sessions
[cid:86e0173a-366a-4639-8c81-08e2291b1e9d]Aberdeen ADP has allocated £50,000
for each locality across Aberdeen to focus on reducing the harm caused by
alcohol and drug use and early this year a small one-off grants scheme will be
launched to support this. It is important that this fund is able to make a
meaningful impact on people and communities in Aberdeen, and this is why we
want to involve you to help us decide on the priorities of this fund.
Thank you to those of you who recently completed our initial engagement survey
– the feedback will help to develop the focus of the fund. We would now like
to invite you to an online session to:
1. Gain insight into the priorities for the ADP by sharing data and
intelligence.
2. Listen to your experiences to understand the priorities across
communities in relation to alcohol and drug use.
3. Hear what you think the priorities and the process of the fund should be
and how you would like to be involved.
There are two sessions – please click on the links below to book a place:

As always, if there is anything that we can be of assistance with to you and
your community, please do feel very much encouraged and welcome to get in touch.
With best wishes for yours and your community's good health, wellbeing and a
Happy New Year to come.
