Hi Paul,
I can copy the AA1SU beacon. No movement of S-meter but clear enough to
copy. The antenna here is an off-center 80M Windom, very close to the
ground, strung from NE to SW.
The beacon is somewhat louder on the 160M dipole (also very close to
the ground) strung North- South. That antenna does not usually tune
well in the low end of 10 and has SWR of about 2.5:1 in this area of the
band.
