If you need some good, strong, and lightweight wire (WF-16) for the
dipole, let me know. We can reel out an 80 meter dipole from my stock.

Hi Alan,

I can meet on 160 but can not transmit on 80 (6:1 SWR with a tuner).
Until I get an 80m dipole back up I am in "listen only" mode. I am
busy almost every night this week. Late Thursday might work 9:30? I
should be back home by then.

But I tuned all around 3.550 for about 15 or 20 minutes from about
6:55 to about 7:15 and did not hear anybody (well one 2 call K2CL if I
remember correctly) but he was down about 200 kHz. I actually left the
receiver on 3.550 (but barely squelched) for hours, because I forgot
to turn it off. Your signal must have been well below my noise level.

Hi Ed,

I was there and calling until 7:30.  No takers.  If you are free some
night this week, let's meet on 160 then try 80.

We had some challenges with the CW net last week, as net control
was not able to get into the Bolton repeater as planned.

We will resume the net next Monday at 7 PM, but this time we will
go directly to 80 meter CW, probably around 3550 kHz.  There will
not be any voice coordination.

Hope that you will be able to join us!
