[CVARC] Cabot Repeater

                The Cabot 82 repeater is off the air as of today.  I have 
brought the repeater back to the shop for some repairs.  I will be installing a 
link radio to link the 625 repeater as well as the 47 repeater on Lincoln.I 
will keep you up to date on it's progress ChrisN1GBB
