It is frustrating that hardly any ham radio software is open source. It should
not be difficult
to port applications like this to Linux given source code, but even the
free-beer, no-charge
ham applications are nearly always closed-source.
This really goes against the spirit of ham radio.
I've often wondered why Linux isn't more commonly used in ham shacks.
