For what it is worth, I love my KPA 500. Don't think I will spring for the $6K
just yet. It does include the tuner though.......

I see on the Elecraft mailing list that the prototype has been used in RTTY
contests
with long 100% duty cycle transmissions and no problems.
They expect FCC certification within 45 days.
