I am getting ready to begin a (big) new project, and I have to raise some
money and make some space. I wanted to offer this gear to the local ham
community before posting it on QTH.com and eHam.net. I think my prices are
reasonable but if you see something you want feel free to make an offer.
Everything works.
1. Ten Tec Centurion amplifier. In my opinion this is one of the best
3-500z desktop amps on the market. It is conservatively rated at 1200
watts but it will make 1500 watts if you choose to push it. I never run
more than 1200 watts, and it should last forever. The QSK is built in, and
it is legendary that Ten Tec has the smoothest QSK around. Currently wired
for 220 volts. Price: $1200.00. I also have two sets of spare tubes that
I will offer for sale to the buyer of the amp. If the buyer does not want
them, I will offer them for sale later. One set is NIB and the other set
are good pulls.
2. Astron 35 amp metered power supply (linear) in good shape. $100.00
3. Astron 50 amp metered power supply in good shape, $150.00
4. EMCO 18 amp power supply in good shape: $75.00
5. Kilowatt Johnson Matchbox. This classic antenna tuner is in factory new
condition. Decals on the back are pristine. Paint is perfect. Will easily
handle 4 KW PEP. Comes with original coupler and leads. $375.00
6. MFJ 299 desk microphone with base, equalizer and compressor. It has
outputs for up to three rigs. New, never used. Comes with Elecraft cord.

7. LP-Pan set up for K3 panadapter. $120.00
8. Tektronics Model 2232 100 MHz digital storage scope with probes. This
scope works great but I need the room. There is wear to the case but the
front panel is fine. I also have the cover for the front panel. $180.00
9. Adcom GFA-545a Stereo power amp--$175.00
10. Adcom GFA-545 Stereo power Amp-$150.00
11. Heathkit IP-2718 Bench power supply. $50.00
12. Hallicrafters TO Keyer in great shape (I think it must have been
repainted). $75.00
13. 3Com Astrix appliance--make offer.
14. 2 Radio Shack Dynamic microphones new in box: $15.00 each
15. Broadcast quality Electrovoice mic--used as a "booth mic". $50.00
16. I might be willing to sell one of my Tektronics digital scopes if
someone has a need/desire for one. My Chinese scope better meets my
current needs, and I don't have room for 2 on my bench.
17. Kenwood R-2000 receiver. This is part of an estate. Works. Might
need an alignment. $100 obo
18. I have two new rolls of coaxial cable that I bought last year.
CA240PE (equivalent to Times Microwave LMR-240 and CA400PE (equivalent to
Times Microwave LMR-400. I will be using some this spring, and some has
been spoken for. I suspect there will be a lot left. I will sell it for
what I paid for it in bulk rolls: CA240PE--$0.40/foot.
CA400PE--$0.65/foot. These prices are a little higher than on their
website because it cost me something to ship the (heavy) cable.
I also have a basement full of connectors, parts, cables,
transistors,transformers, and integrated circuits. Please ask me before
you go out and buy something. I am happy to see most of this stuff get
used by someone so it is mostly gratis or very cheap.
I am looking for some REALLY BIG heat sinks for my new project. Also could
use another 50 volt 2950 watt server power supply, preferably made by HP.
