With increasing numbers of apartments in Sydney, more than 75% of residents
live in strata. The City of Sydney Strata Skills 101 workshops will help you
with strata life, providing you with useful tips and strategies for living
smarter in strata.
Our 2 upcoming workshops:
The Handover: From developer to owners
Tuesday 10 May 2016, 6pm–8pm
Thinking of buying into a strata building? What will you really own? Not sure?
Whether you’re a first home buyer or investor, this workshop will help you
understand what you own, what you can and can’t do, the strata process and
the issues you need to consider.
The Handover will be presented by Natalie Fitzgerald, Partner at Strata Sense
with our facilitator Judy MacGraw, Director at Judy MacGraw Consulting.
Strata Paws: Living with pets in high-rise apartments
Tuesday 24 May 2016, 6pm–8pm
Have you ever taken a pet’s eye view of your strata home? Our Strata Paws
workshop will help improve your pet’s everyday life to keep your pet – and
your neighbours – happy. If you have a pet or thinking of getting one, this
is the workshop for you.
Strata Paws will be presented by Dr Joanne Righetti, Animal Behavioural
Consultant at Pet Problems Solved with our facilitator Robin Miles, Director
at Social Equity Works.
