Hi Di,

I have Siemens hearing aids with blue tooth. About 6 months old. Not sure
if they are same as yours. I'm using them with an IPhone. When the phone
first rings it takes a while for the screen reader speech (voice over) and
ring to start coming through. It is broken up for a few seconds before
connection becomes more stable. Is this something like what you are
experiencing?

I'm not sure I got all of your message. Some of it seemed to be missing from
the end, but it could be a problem at my end with JAWS playing up. I'm about
to go out for some hours, but let me know if I can be of any help.

Kind Regards
Stephen

Subject: [dbaust] a hearing aid query

Has anyone on this list experience with Siemens NSIO 5 MI hearing aids?
These aids have blue tooth capacity to smart phone. However there is some
interference between the hearing instruments and my Android speech.
I wondered if anyuone has encountered this situation and if so if have been
able to resolve. What happens is that speech coming through hearing aids
from screen reader (Talkback)
