Hi Di, I have Siemens hearing aids with blue tooth. About 6 months old. Not sure if they are same as yours. I'm using them with an IPhone. When the phone first rings it takes a while for the screen reader speech (voice over) and ring to start coming through. It is broken up for a few seconds before connection becomes more stable. Is this something like what you are experiencing? I'm not sure I got all of your message. Some of it seemed to be missing from the end, but it could be a problem at my end with JAWS playing up. I'm about to go out for some hours, but let me know if I can be of any help.
