Hello all

Here is an invitation to go to the launch of the Victorian Equal Opportunity
and Human Rights Commission’s research report, Beyond doubt: the experiences of
people with disabilities reporting crime.

This research report examines whether police services are delivered on equal
footing for people with disabilities who are victims of crime, compared to
those without disability. Describing the diverse experiences of Victorians with
disabilities, it highlights the many barriers people face throughout the system
and makes recommendations to improve practice so that better justice outcomes
are delivered.

Victoria Police Chief Commissioner Ken Lay will launch the report.
