[eccotalk] External paintwork and sash windows

Could anyone recommend a cheap (but good) person to paint the outside of
our house? Scaffolding would probably be required as we are on Brocco Bank.

SImilarly, any recommendations for fitting wooden, double-glazed sash
windows?
