Yes there is a reason, our dear Sultan is new to this warfare thing and
gets overexcited
First of all, France has only ONE infantry to sent to battle, not one
infantry AND 1 militia. Total is 54. You need 55 to make this battle
trivial.
Secondly, morale rounds towards the closest digit. Therefore Spanish
morale is *2.8* not 2.9
The battle is ready for round 2, waiting for Russian decision to
reinforce, I already send my to Turkey
