It could have affected it, for example, I could have decided to attack
their stack knowing Blucher was leading and not Wellington, and also I
would have suspected they were planning to split forces during the land
phase possibly doing something different. We played assuming he was not
there, so I suggest that we assume he is placed during next reinforcement
as you suggest, it makes no difference gamewise and we keep the proper
order of placement.
Regarding armies, do you confirm stacks are as Laertis writes?
