I thought that moving a corps in an area, results in the enemy being contested,
and I made the assumptio, contested means unbesieiged.

7.3.1.3.2 Crossing Rivers: It costs an extra movement point to enter an
area across a river, if that area contains an unbesieged enemy corps. There
