Spain is a peaceful country and surely does not appreciate the lack of previous consultation in this call to allies’ action. Spain is a dominant country and does not wish to be dragged into wars that don’t fulfill the noble principles of the Spanish Royal family. A bloody war is raging across Europe and Spain has been peacefully but at the same time closely watching the developments. War is the worst of all solutions to solve ones differences, but it seems it is the only way the nations north of the Mediterranean are aware of, or maybe even fond of! How is it possible they don’t learn from the noble agreement between Spain and the Ottoman Empire that has brought prosperity in the region? A thorough assessment of the situation has been performed in the presence of the Emperor, the leaders of the armed forces, our diplomats (which pointed out the lack of communication from many nations across Europe) and the bureaucrats that exhaustively read all the fine print on our bilateral agreements. We therefore concluded that is once more our duty to try and bring peace in Europe. We therefore accept the call, not to help France but the greater cause of peace and freedom in Europe.
