Here I would like to add something about those ships.

1 ship fleet actually represent ship of line, combat navy ship. They are
not representative of any X number of transportation ships.

It is either the II or the III, depending on which one was in battle of
Freiburg.

I believe that the nationality of the commander may not change after a
reinforce attempt.
